HOW MUCH DOES A NEON SIGN COST?
An insta-worthy neon sign does not need to be expensive! That's why we created Boss Neons. All custom designs are individually quoted so we are able to give you the best possible price and for this reason we do not have set pricing. For custom designs please fill out our contact sheet and we will be in touch within 24 hours.
HOW DO I POWER MY NEON SIGN?
All of our neon signs are powered through a regular wall socket. Our neons are supplied with a 12V Australian Standard certified power adapter with 2m of clear cabling. The signs are joined by connector to an additional 1-2m of black cabling from the adapter. For countries outside Australia we will supply you the right power plug.

HOW IS THE NEON MOUNTED?
All neon signs are mounted on the highest quality transparent acrylic. We also have coloured acrylic options available to help bring your designs to life.
The following backboard options are available for custom designs:
- Cut to Shape (default)
- Cut to Square
- Cut to Letter
- Acrylic Stand
ARE NEON SIGNS SAFE?
Absolutely - LED neon signs are safer than traditional glass neon. They are extremely energy efficient and never produce any heat/become hot to touch.
HOW LONG IS THE TURNAROUND?
We allow 3-5 weeks for custom designs from payment. Rush orders can be arranged for an additional cost subject to availability. Let us know your cut off date when making an enquiry.
HOW DO I HANG MY NEON?
All our custom and hire neons come with pre drilled holes in the acrylic backboard. We recommend hanging using either fishing wire, disposable zip ties, wall hooks or screws.
HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
Our neons have approx. 80,000 hours of life - three times longer than traditional gas neon.
DOES MY NEON COME WITH WARRANTY?
Of course! All custom neons come with 12 month warranty for appropriate use, covering faulty items and indoor use only.
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS?
YES! We offer discounts to vendors interested in purchasing multiple neons to hire. For more information be sure to include this in your enquiry.
CAN I RETURN MY NEON SIGN?
Custom signs are not eligible for returns unless faulty. Please contact us immediately via email if you need to organise a return.
WHAT IF MY NEON ARRIVES BROKEN?
Unfortunately some damages can happen in transit - signs are packed as protected as possible to prevent this from happening. In the unlikely event this occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your neon via email including photos of the broken sign in the box, showing broken parts and any damaged packaging. We will solve immediately with a replacement sign or full refund.
